That is some seriously dumb logic.
Whether KFC is provided a copy it is still a violation of TOS, and when the binary gets uploaded to Virus Total its game over. Once he sees the install dialog has been removed that license is getting banned.

I guess but that would take a lot of time and take forever for him to find? You would have to be really unlucky
