That is some seriously dumb logic.
Whether KFC is provided a copy it is still a violation of TOS, and when the binary gets uploaded to Virus Total its game over. Once he sees the install dialog has been removed that license is getting banned.

ShockWave is developing a system that automatically does this. ShockWave/KFC and Nexus are teaming up to prevent abuse.
