I was just wondering if I'm allowed to post (in the Premium or Secondary marketplace) a League of Legends ELO boosting service when I'm only l33t. It's only a service, not an account sales thread just so I'm clear and there's no confusion. I'm not sure why you're thinking you need to be ub3r to start a boosting service but you only need ub3r to sell Non-Free Accounts so no such rule exists.
