I was just wondering if I'm allowed to post (in the Premium or Secondary marketplace) a League of Legends ELO boosting service when I'm only l33t.
It's only a service, not an account sales thread just so I'm clear and there's no confusion.

There shouldn't be a problem with you being l33t, many others offer the same thing and are only l33t normal members also. I'm not sure why you're thinking you need to be ub3r to start a boosting service but you only need ub3r to sell Non-Free Accounts so no such rule exists.
You should also be allowed to buy a sticky in the League section for that service.

You can go ahead and do this service. If it doesn't say "ub3r only" in the subforum nor on the Help Docs then it's allowed.

Also do you give "Refunds" if the account gets banned since eloboosting is bannable now and detected.
