About bitcoin mining with a rat - odedor444 - Sep 28, 2016 Is it still possible nowdays? I new to this thing and just like everyone, Money makes me curious. I read a lot about this but I need personal opinion. Have a few questions : Should I waste my time on learning this or is there another easy way to make money from ratting? What miner should I use? Pls share personal profit ( just for letting me know if it is really profitable) Thanks in advance. * - PSEUCHO - Sep 28, 2016 There are easier ways for sure, btc mining isn't as effective as it used to be * - FractumSeraph - Sep 28, 2016 It's a waste of time. For it to be worth it anymore you need thousands of dollars worth of hardware. A GTX 1070FE will get you about $1.50ETH in one day. However, anyone with a card that high end is going to notice that something up when it's running at max 24/7. * - odedor444 - Sep 28, 2016 (Sep 28, 2016 11:46 AM)PSEUCHO Wrote: There are easier ways for sure, btc mining isn't as effective as it used to be Can u share what are the easier ways? I tried this a few years ago, probably made 0.8 BTC total, and this was over a very extended period of time. I saw a suggestion somewhere else on here earlier. Think of other ways to get Bitcoins if that is what you're after. You can do work for people and have them pay you in Bitcoins, or sell something (maybe video game items?) and be paid in Bitcoins. * - The Sandwich Protector - Sep 29, 2016 if you want to mine you should have a couple hundred slaves * - Armada - Sep 29, 2016 Buy a mining rig and go for ether or some lesser coin. RATS and crypto mining is useless tbh. * - Vitani - Sep 29, 2016 (Sep 29, 2016 06:05 AM)Armada Wrote: Buy a mining rig and go for ether or some lesser coin. This is probably the best advice you are going to get OP. mining with the clients on your RAT will not be worth it, not Bitcoin, not any other cryptocoin. (unless you've got tousands of clients maybe, but still not worth the trouble). A mining rig is your best way to go. * - SIM-2580909 - Sep 29, 2016 even if you did have a massive database of clients, for eg 5k. It wouldnt be worth it as half of your clients wouldnt have good internet or good equipment. * - HDThree - Sep 29, 2016 Just saw this on YouTube, reminded me of this post... * - XMR Miner - Sep 30, 2016 Bitcoin mining with common hardware is always a bad idea. But there are still some coins you can profit from. Right now a great option is Monero, no asic mining currently exists and gpu mining offers very little advantage over cpu mining, making it an ok option to mass mine with common cpus. * - Devsx - Sep 30, 2016 Diy asic mining is still an option - and Monero seems the best premade bet * - Armada - Sep 30, 2016 (Sep 29, 2016 06:34 PM)HDThree Wrote: Just saw this on YouTube, reminded me of this post... Now that is how to flipping cryptomine, lol |
