Incapability & kpown (UID: 2484853 & 2808710) - Illegal ebooks + More - ๖ۣۜEnlightened - Oct 31, 2016

Moved from Marketplace discussions to Deal disputes, as it has been Over 2 weeks and both scammers have not refunded me, nor anyone else who bought this illegal junk.

USERS INVOLVED:
Incapability (UID: 2484853) - Illegal ebook seller, false advertising, partner of kpown, DOX'ing HF members.
kpown (UID: 2808710) - Illegal ebook seller, partner of incapability

Claims against these users:
1. Sold ILLEGAL ebooks promoting extortion & blackmail (illegal) and will not refund me
2. Falsely advertised such ebooks as LEGAL
3. DOX'ing me simply because I alerted him that I was making this report. (kpown was not involved in this but rather Incapability.

Brief Updates:
- I was offered a refund by kpown, who was as cooperative as he could be until he was "threatened" (he would not tell me by who) and therefor could no longer cooperate. Though he did offer a refund and the offer still stands, which is appreciated.
- I was REFUSED refund (at first) by Incapability until I threatened to make a community alert. Though since I am not allowed to post PM's (as far as I know?) I can't prove this claim. I know that currently others are not being granted refunds for this falsely advertised ebook.
- Incapability also tried to make a community report against me shortly after I made this one, which contains nothing more than false accusations and un-provable claims, it was closed shortly after he made it:

I usually try and keep out of making deal disputes/community alerts when possible and try to resolve any issues I have with members, though this specific member has broken way to many HF policies as well as personally targeted me as a user here on HF, for me to not make a report.

Claim 1 Selling illegal ebooks

The thread was selling their "GUAP FAUCET" as a money making system that allowed you to "make immoral and unethical money" while somehow being whitehat.
The ebook was sold by the user "[url=https://hackforums.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=2808710"]kpown[/url] who stated he was partnered with Incapability in the thread.

Proof that this ebook is ILLEGAL
The very intro itself says that it's illegal, I need say no more when it comes to their methods, which I will not share as it may be considered leaking. I want to state that NO WHERE IN THIS EBOOK does it state that it is for "educational purposes" nor does it say that the ebook may lead to illegal ramifications if you are caught. Blackmail is against the law, no matter who you do it to, and you will be prosecuted if you are not careful.

The content of the ebook was luring pedophiles and holding them for ransom. Which comes under blackmail and extortion which is illegal in most countries. Anyone who used this Ebook who was lead to believe that this was NOT illegal could have faced legal ramifications and possibly jail time IF they were prosecuted.

Despite being pointed out by multiple members that this was "e-whoring" (in fact it was, on a WHOLE NEW ILLEGAL LEVEL) they denied these claims:

Claim 3 - Dox'ing me after calling him out that his ebook was against HF policy
This image in the spoiler below is really all I need to say for this claim. He found an address where I used to live, and my name, that is DOX'ing. While this is allowed (or not?) on HF...He is dox'ing an innocent user simply for calling him out on his wrong doings.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.. but I think you should send proof that they are selling illegal eBooks to a mod/admin so they can handle their accounts appropriately.

Blackhat shit is super against the rules here and usually results in an account closure.

I believe I already got a warning for it, but I removed the thread etc and took all precautions to ensure it won't happen again. Still waiting for maximus btc addy, will only be on for another 35 minutes before I have to go study for an exam.

You can't dox a HF member. That is definitely against the rules.

Pretty sure you can, you just can't threaten them nor leak information. Unless Incapability did either of those I'm pretty sure he's in the clear on that. Don't quote me on this though, just what I've comprehended regarding that sort of area.

Either way, we deserve to know what type of members we are dealing with. Many wouldn't use PP with a member who may try and dox you over nothing.

I'm not closing/marking this as resolved as the community deserves to know you are a scammer, a fraudster and someone who shouldn't be trusted, end of story.

If he repays you then this should be marked as resolved, if you want to warn the community then make a community alert.
