Made these guys using some old diodes and the shells of some shit flashlights there using acryllic lens right now so the on time isnt great but still fun.

It wouldnt generate enough hrat to bother a lithium battery and the surface is mostly reflective so most likely wouldnt burn it.

Yup white is going to reflect and disperse more then black. Going to try epectrical and ducktape soon
