Deleted Drafts go into Tracking? - Steve - Nov 28, 2016
I just deleted some old messages I had saved as "Drafts". I then went to "Tracking" and saw that those drafts I had just deleted were then being tracked as "Unread" to "Guest". Here is an example:

That said, is this something I should report to MyBB and not HF? I don't even really think it is an issue, but I'm not sure they intended for that to happen.

Probably something you want Omni to see and respond to, it's a possibility that this is fixed in Mybb 1.8x and so reporting it to them wouldn't make much sense, you can look on their forum though.

That's true, they may have fixed it but HF does not currently use the latest MyBB. We'll see what Omni says. Still not sure if it's an issue with MyBB or HF.

Do not bother considering the new-ish MyBB. Not too big of a deal aswell. You can stop tracking.
