Maybe concider allowing the selling of VCC's i mean what the hell is the harm in selling a VCC with no money on it or very little amounts... I mean you allow the sell of pre loaded gift cards on here? Why not VCC's?

You could had read Help Docs. Also there's a compilation of denied suggestions and those which don't get accepted ever. Though omniscient might consider in future.

I don't get those users, why ask for such a ridiculous thing?
One of the "main" rules is NOT to discuss financial fraud (PayPal fraud, etc.).
So why allow a VCC, this place would be FULL of VCC's scammers who'll sell used VCC's or even stolen / not-working ones.
It will decrease the quality of HF's content a lot, so to prevent members being scammed & to get into legal issues (PayPal, busines related issues, etc.) the rule was very clear about VCC's. 🤝
