i currently own a gaming site and have been in the works for 2months now.. what i am looking for is someone who is good with forum themes or web design in general.. i am willing to pay or partner up, your choice. I can tell you more about it over Hf pm, as well as request a portfolio.. :)

When you say 'good in making a forum' and 'HQ forum', do you mean making a theme for your forum and setting it up? Setting up the actual forum, it's sections and permissions are just a few mouse clicks.
