i currently own a gaming site and have been in the works for 2months now.. what i am looking for is someone who is good with forum themes or web design in general.. i am willing to pay or partner up, your choice. I can tell you more about it over Hf pm, as well as request a portfolio.. :)

HMU if you can do this.. I paid some guy to set up my site but you know he probably took the money and ran.. Haven't heard from him since fucking christmas -_- So i am not paying first WHAT SO FUCKING EVER! Middleman is preferred "DannyKhalifa"

I am willing to pay or willing to partner up... Which ever you prefer!

When you say 'good in making a forum' and 'HQ forum', do you mean making a theme for your forum and setting it up? Setting up the actual forum, it's sections and permissions are just a few mouse clicks.
