Can't Get 301 to Work - Effexion - Feb 21, 2017
Code
RewriteRule ^a-page(.*)$ /another-page/$1 [R=301,NC,L]This is in .htaccess. A friend said it redirected for him at one point but added an EXTRA / at the end, but now not working at all.
Any ideas?

it works for me, did you forget to enable rewriting?
RewriteEngine On
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^a-page(.*)$ /another-page/$1 [R=301,NC,L]
visiting url/a-page2 redirects to url/another-page/2
