I published a thread yesterday to get some help to hack a Facebook account. And I mentioned I'm willing to pay for that. I got an email from CrypticTM by asking $100 to hack that Facebook account. I sent the Money and now he is saying paypal has refunded my money back to my paypal account. But I don't have my money nor the work. Can somebody help me to identify whether this guy is actually from CrypticTM?

How can I do a verification? He acted like genuine and he sent me a screenshot of his profile at HF.

Some guy goes around pretending to be me claiming he can hack stuff for fees.
This is why I always tell people to PM on site before conducting deals.
Scams like this can easily be avoided with a PM.
And for the record, I am not a hacker and do not offer such services.

Someone should IP resolve that Skype and see what IP they get. Might be the first step to uncovering who he really is

The only times it was posted here, was on threads basically of you saying to NOT use it, and highlight "SCAMMER".
I guess all we can do is wait for OP to tell us how he came in contact with this "scammer".

name and profile to scam first one is [email protected], and the other one is [email protected]. He also has a skype name set up to look like you that username is "live:cancelling"
and now he is trying to pose as another high member cryptic this is the email he is using for that one [email protected].
