Is there anyone who can reccomend me a place to buy between $1000-8000 worth of BTCwith PayPal? Of course the Funds are legit and coming from a verified account being sent as friends and family alsó being able to provide proof of ownership of the account and any ID that is necesary.

Looked on localbitcoins but most trades are límited to like $300 max and wont sell if you dont have a repped account.

Transfer your PP to bank then do wire transfer bank to bitcoin. You will see A LOT more options open that way.

To be quite honest with such a large transaction you should have those PP funds transfered into cash and just buy from LBC with cash in person. A $8,000 transaction will raise so many flags with the taxation dept, counter terrorism and anti money laundering, in particular a transaction on the paypal network terminating in a bitcoin transaction.
