To be quite honest with such a large transaction you should have those PP funds transfered into cash and just buy from LBC with cash in person. A $8,000 transaction will raise so many flags with the taxation dept, counter terrorism and anti money laundering, in particular a transaction on the paypal network terminating in a bitcoin transaction.
