Deal was $112 for $102 worth of btc.
Didn't see he already had a open dispute, but he had good reputation which made me think better about him.
And I have been looking for a btc - pp exchanger for a while now, which made me do this exchange with him..

You could attempt to charge-back, however I don't really know in your case.

Only way a user would I think get banned is that if he confessed to scamming on HF, other than that, he's going to say here for awhile.

you can chargeback the money. In my case, I sent him money via a client, and client refused to do any chargeback etc :/
