And I have been looking for a btc - pp exchanger for a while now, which made me do this exchange with him..

Only way a user would I think get banned is that if he confessed to scamming on HF, other than that, he's going to say here for awhile.

you can chargeback the money. In my case, I sent him money via a client, and client refused to do any chargeback etc :/
