i would say the ban service is more for people that want a og name like example: samurai
if someone was close to partner or had a partner account they could snag this name when banned or if you just hate the guy i guess 🤐

Are you able to take names that got banned?
I know for a fact you have to wait a year for the account to become 'inactive' with 12 months of no login or viewing activity for normal accounts.

exactly once partnered yes you can take a name that is or was banned
example: Sniper
was banned now a partnered account

He'll get the account banned, and if you're a partner or a partner-to-be you'll be able to acquire the banned person's name.

i am saying if you have a account that you want banned or if you have a account you want safe from staff like a 2 letter that can be ban on seen 🤝
