i would say the ban service is more for people that want a og name like example: samurai
if someone was close to partner or had a partner account they could snag this name when banned or if you just hate the guy i guess 🤐

Are you able to take names that got banned?
I know for a fact you have to wait a year for the account to become 'inactive' with 12 months of no login or viewing activity for normal accounts.
