Is there a service that gives you a phone number and redirects sms's to you? - Goodbye123123 - Aug 17, 2017 So long story short my girlfriend is in a different country for a few months and can only sms other people in that country, is there a service that will give me a number in that country and forward all the messages to my phone? Why can't you use a free sms provider that uses other countries? I feel like that would be easier then a service. Maybe something like TextNow but located in another country. * - Goodbye123123 - Aug 17, 2017 (Aug 17, 2017 06:20 PM)Moon Rock Wrote: Why can't you use a free sms provider that uses other countries? A lot of them offer free roaming * - Moon Rock - Aug 17, 2017 (Aug 17, 2017 06:21 PM)Bionic Wrote: Good idea, do you know any located in Denmark? No I do not, I don't use the apps myself. Just thought of the idea. Maybe it asks when you create the account and you choose the area code. * - Mr Meeseeks - Aug 17, 2017 You could try using something like Textplus through a VPN? I am pretty sure that you can recieve normal texts through that, but I have not used this app in awhile. * - SIM-82498 - Aug 17, 2017 Is she going to have access to internet on her phone? You can just use any chat app such as WhatsApp, Facebook Chat, Telegram, etc. * - Goodbye123123 - Aug 18, 2017 (Aug 17, 2017 11:50 PM)Mr Meeseeks Wrote: You could try using something like Textplus through a VPN?
