Jordan 1,4,5,10,11,12,13 anything other than that look like shit tbh, boost is in right now (ultraboost, Yeezy, etc) if you're looking for comfort. Honestly it just depends what you're into man.

Download the GOAT app, it's an app for shoes. You might find something else you like. I personally like vans, my fav being the supreme x vans era motion logo shoe (red). they're dope.

Docs or really any boots look great--especially on girls. Probably not what you're looking for as far as recommendations but I feel super obligated to tell people I like boots.

For ultimate comfy-ness I would say go with some Ultra Boosts. Super comfortable and some of them have great designs

My valentino Garavani's look great and feel good on the foot.
My Louis Vuitton Runners, same as my valentinos but don't like them that much anymore.
Balenciaga Arena High top, looks good, fit is great but was a pain to walk on when they were new.
