For ultimate comfy-ness I would say go with some Ultra Boosts. Super comfortable and some of them have great designs

I have multiple designer shoes, these are my favourite 3,
My valentino Garavani's look great and feel good on the foot.
My Louis Vuitton Runners, same as my valentinos but don't like them that much anymore.
Balenciaga Arena High top, looks good, fit is great but was a pain to walk on when they were new.
