That is what I exactly did via SMS. Right after that I received an SMS from them which reads as "Your request for INTL....is processed successfully. reference no.." Does it take 24hrs to get activated or instantly? I tried right after that sms even many times but still PayPal declined my card. Fuck it. * - Burner. - Sep 25, 2017 Didnt know you could top up paypal balance with a credit card * - SIM-3467872 - Sep 25, 2017 Paypal india only allow purchases through credit cards. * - ANME - Sep 25, 2017 (Sep 25, 2017 06:41 AM)BigBuddy. On what number should I call lol? * - yaadang - Sep 28, 2017 I doubt the Sms will do any good, try talking to the customer service.. However it's probably better to not have debit as disputes would be sorted more easier on credit cards * - ß|Λcksí-íΛdΘw™ - Sep 28, 2017 You can use any VISA / Mastercard in India with PayPal now but you have to change your payment billing currency from INR to USD during checkout 🙂 Mastro , RUPAY not work , else everything works fine , also your debit card must have INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION POS enabled . * - RUMRUN - Sep 28, 2017 (Sep 28, 2017 07:20 AM)ß|Λcksí-íΛdΘw™ Wrote: You can use any VISA / Mastercard in India with PayPal now but you have to change your payment billing currency from INR to USD during checkout 🙂 There's no Maestro/bancontact/mister cash thing for india?
