SDR - Alarm Systems [SimpliSafe] - Ceruleancerise - Oct 28, 2017 I was wondering If anybody could give me pointers on SDR? I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but since this one specifies 'radio' ill go with it. Goal: Basic replay/jamming attack agaisnt home systems operating on freqencies 250-1000Mhz~ What hardware and software do you reccomend? Not only for a basic replay attack, but more complicated stuff aswell (advise). Is there a way to avoid certain systems Anti-jamming protocols? I.E. sending a text message to the clients phone notifying them of jamming detection. (Im guessing this works based on a polling system?) Best ways to practice SDR? Thanks! RE: SDR - Alarm Systems [SimpliSafe] - cyberkun - Sep 1, 2019 https://www.rtl-sdr.com/ answers all of your questions and tons more you will have . ..as for the jamming...just focus on the notification...not the alarm... but there might be wired backup solutions in good systems. Start with the system you want to research. if it's a us manufacturer or if its sold in the US try to find it on fccid.io (this link is pure gold!! ) collect as much info as possible about it...chances are someone somewhere did something similar or even exactly the same thing like you are planning...talk to them...explain what it is you are trying to achieve with your research and compare your results. |
