Was exchanging LTC for PP- switched to skrill after he had issues with payments.

Hooray, after waiting for about 2 hours- I will finally finished this exchange.
I waited about 15 more minutes, still without receiving payment on skrill. I figured he falsified the transaction image; after reading the skrill TOS

Was about to do a deal with him then checked the reps, saw there was an open scam report so suggested a middle man, dude was okay at first and told me ok go for it, I come up with an MM he doesn't want to, I suggest he comes with his own MM then suddenly :
