Was exchanging LTC for PP- switched to skrill after he had issues with payments.

Hooray, after waiting for about 2 hours- I will finally finished this exchange. 
I waited about 15 more minutes, still without receiving payment on skrill. I figured he falsified the transaction image; after reading the skrill TOS
