You may have seen my thread here about my being scammed by Billie Joe and the potential Multi-account issue, but alas, evidence was given that Joe on discord is infact, Incapability.

Description:
Back during June of 2017, I was in a discord group with some HF members. A member known as Joe is there asking for investments for BH businesses and things of the sort:

He then offers me a different method for $350, which I would jump at.
We agree on $175 before, sending the method, and then the remaining $175 after the method is sent to me.

and we can see in the link that my second payment did in fact show up.
That is the second $175.
Now, I get Who Soup and Joe in a new Discord, so Who Soup can facilitate and act as a middle man and consultant for this deal.

To which me and Joe continue, and ultimately decide for me to send last $175 I have to the wallet for the website for the product in question, and would be returning the money after he uses his method.

As for the proof that he is truly Incapability, in the thread that I accused Billie Joe, he claims to have messaged Incapability on skype to try and sort it out.

The last portion of the skype log shows that there is a conversation between me and him, which links up perfectly, right here:

So all in all, he scammed me out of 0.222774015 Bitcoin, which I feel that he rightfully owes me now.

Thank you Vanilla, he has not responded to any of this besides the messages, so I hope something comes out of it.

He is a user with a very high amount of rep, it is just there is not evidence on paper to prove it.
