I am going to break this deal dispute into 2 sections, where the second part will be the actual happenings between me and Billie Joe.

Billie Joe, although not confirmed, has a lot of evidence against him that "Joe#9219" on discord is both Billie Joe, and Incapability.

We can start off with proof that he is Incapability.

Now, how can I tell that he is not just Incapability?

First off, he tells me that he does not have a current HF account, and that he "vacay banned" himself, shown here:

This obviously shows some secrecy going on. Why wouldn't he give me his banned discord for proof of an HF account? While looking at the SheepGang Discord Server, I noticed something. He sent this in the this in the chat on June 1st:

This picture shows that he is on another account, meaning he already made another account or has access to another account. But, he asked the same chat later 3 days later if he should make a new account on June 4th:

This shows that he already had another account and had no reason to be asking to make a new account.

Moving on with proof, while doing some digging, I found this post from Billie Joe dating 2 years back.

In this thread dating back to 2014, his location shows New Zealand, and that he is 15 years old. This lines up with him not being 18 yet, as he said in a different Discord channel:

Now, Billie Joe loses 2.6k in a scam report on June 15th. Reading through his scam report, it shows that he had posted a Reddit thread, where the OP says he is from New Zealand.

The same day as he gets scammed, he starts asking our Discord if anyone would like to invest in a BH investment, for around $2k.

He then offers me a different method for $350, which I would jump at.

We agree on $175 before, sending the method, and then the remaining $175 after the method is sent to me.

That is the second $175.

Now, I get Who Soup and Joe in a new Discord, so Who Soup can facilitate and act as a middle man and consultant for this deal.

To which me and Joe continue, and ultimately decide for me to send last $175 I have to the wallet for the website for the product in question, and would be returning the money after he uses his method.

To recap, to recoup the losses of him being scammed, he was trying to scam other members on a discord account that he tried to not associate with his HF account(s).

I was approached on discord to help find a solution over something that seemed like it was a misunderstanding.

Unfortunately we weren't able to come to a conclusion. As I said a lot of times I'm just hoping that you guys can settle on a deal that both of you can agree upon.
