Add RATs and Crypters to the list of Disallowed Blackhat Activity - Malicious` - Feb 8, 2018 RATs and crypters are just going to get this website into trouble. Especially since Omni now risks losing this domain. (Thread: Domain Change) Although (re)sellers always state you can only use their program for educational purposes and anyone using them for illegal purposes will have their subscription terminated, it is safe for me to say this doesn't always happen. Just recently 2 users promoting their product on Hackforums were arrested after an investigation by the National Crime Agency of the UK. The NCA even made a statement on Hackforums regarding the takedown of Luminositylink. HF User FamousHater linked the following articles in the thread mentioned above. Jan 16: Man Admits to Creating Crypting Service Cryptex and reFUD.me Scanner Feb 5: UK Cops Shut Down LuminosityLink RAT Operation The NCA's statement on LuminosityLink: International action against Remote Access Trojan Allowing these tools on our Marketplace will in the end ruin these forums. If HF doesn't get taken down within a few weeks, maybe it will be taken down once yet another international action by the NCA takes place. Not only are most products used for malicious intent, the quality of the programs also is questionable to say the least. There are serveral community alerts stating crypters don't do what they are supposed to offer. It's a shame the search tab doesn't work well right now, because then I'd be able to link more threads about it.
