Withdrawing isn't possible, so I need some way to spend my Paypal funds each time they come in, any recommendations with the lowest cost? (Can be giftcards, purchases, anything) preferably something that is resell-able so I can eventually turn it into bank balance

Maybe no bank, if you have a business PayPal I know they have a debt card that spends directly from your PayPal balance

Wouldn't make sense as he specifically mentioned 'I need some way to spend my Paypal funds each time they come in,'. Sounds like the money is obtained in an illegal way. Furthermore, he mentions he needs the money to be transferred into bank balance, so he obviously does have a bank.

Maybe he just phrased it wrong. I mean, he could just want to spend the money IRL whenever it comes in on rent, food, and such.

u could go into their digital gift store and buy a bunch of different gift cards for like itunes/google etc u dont get an actual card, but then u could list them for cheap on a website like craigslist or kijiji like 35$ for a 50$ card or something, have them meet u, u see they have the cash, then u punch in the redemption code for them n get paid. its instant too so if ur worried about funds this is a fast way to move it

I do have a few methods OP could use, I'm just trying to stay within the community guidelines. Furthermore, I am not interested in supporting blackhat activities. If this is legal money and you can provide proof, PM me and I have a few methods for you.
