Wouldn't make sense as he specifically mentioned 'I need some way to spend my Paypal funds each time they come in,'. Sounds like the money is obtained in an illegal way. Furthermore, he mentions he needs the money to be transferred into bank balance, so he obviously does have a bank.

u could go into their digital gift store and buy a bunch of different gift cards for like itunes/google etc u dont get an actual card, but then u could list them for cheap on a website like craigslist or kijiji like 35$ for a 50$ card or something, have them meet u, u see they have the cash, then u punch in the redemption code for them n get paid. its instant too so if ur worried about funds this is a fast way to move it
