CoinPayments still down for XEM donation - Sigma - Mar 8, 2018

Other awards work, but this one still seems to be down. I just checked again after an hour and it is still down. Was down the other day as well, I will check again tomorrow and see if it is fixed.

Open a support ticket with them. As it's a third party, HF has no control over the wallets. You should contact CP about this.

I sent one to Witza, I feel like this isn't something I should be submitting a support ticket to since it is an entire site problem.

Omni announced that he was going to be removing the XEMplary, Stratisphere and ZCASH awards soon. This could be why, but CoinPayments are always having issues with NEM since they introduced it as a payment option.

He didn't say it was due to him removing it the last time the problem occurred around 2 days ago. Just waiting for his reply, no one else can solve the issue.

It happened 2 days ago? Likely the same issue with XEM then. Although the award will be removed soon.

How can only Omni solve it when he doesn’t run CoinPayments? It’s a merchant owned by someone else... 🤝
