Open a support ticket with them. As it's a third party, HF has no control over the wallets. You should contact CP about this.

Omni announced that he was going to be removing the XEMplary, Stratisphere and ZCASH awards soon. This could be why, but CoinPayments are always having issues with NEM since they introduced it as a payment option.

He didn't say it was due to him removing it the last time the problem occurred around 2 days ago. Just waiting for his reply, no one else can solve the issue.

It happened 2 days ago? Likely the same issue with XEM then. Although the award will be removed soon.
