Not really, there are a lot of other reason to be a "blackhat hacker" and not every blackhat hacker hacks people..

They're not sociopaths. If they're any good at hacking they're probably pretty intelligent. Really smart people's minds work different than normal peoples though.

Well just because they're intelligent doesn't mean they're not sociopaths.

True. You can be any combination of intelligent and sociopath. Some aren't intelligent or sociopathic though.
