No audio output device is installed - nubbycake - Oct 12, 2018
I use window 10 I have been using it for a year or more never had this issue I dont even download anything from internet today I opened my laptop to work and found out sound is gone can anyone help me recover please I googled it but couldnt find anything heres screenshot

You probably got an update. Redownload and install your audio driver.

Try downloading and installing manually from Intel instead of using the Dell software.
