I use window 10 I have been using it for a year or more never had this issue I dont even download anything from internet today I opened my laptop to work and found out sound is gone can anyone help me recover please I googled it but couldnt find anything heres screenshot [Image: 2gM8Sid]

Try downloading and installing manually from Intel instead of using the Dell software.
