I'd basically become a vigilante and get rid of some very evil and powerful world leaders.
Your immortal meaning can not die.
You also get enhanced abilities such as super strength, speed (not like the flash, but you run faster than normal), hearing.
When you become mortal again you are 100% healthy. No injuries. Fully healed.

I'd have a lot of blood drawn and sent off for testing to see if it was possible to recreate the effects after the invincibility wore off.

That's a good idea,
I'd do A LOT OF COKE and go into the war with Serbian mafia for a day and get rich. When they day is over, they'd be obliterated, I'd have took all their goods and we would have another president of the country (as he would be dead too).
