I'd basically become a vigilante and get rid of some very evil and powerful world leaders.
Your immortal meaning can not die.
You also get enhanced abilities such as super strength, speed (not like the flash, but you run faster than normal), hearing.
When you become mortal again you are 100% healthy. No injuries. Fully healed.

Do I still sustain injuries, and simply not die? Or, do I become invincible to damage/injuries?

Even if I couldn't die falling off a building would be horrible haha.
I'd have a lot of blood drawn and sent off for testing to see if it was possible to recreate the effects after the invincibility wore off.
