No process. that's for staff to decide. If he doesn't refund/complete the deal, he most likely will. Thank goodness you didn't send the other half.

Looks like another guy got scammed too but the case has since been resolved.

He tried doing deals with me- but didn't message back after accepting the contract.

Scammed someone for $40 or something petty. Shame he got you too; his days are numbered
