Cant receive Private Messages - Sheriff1337 - Nov 26, 2018

Says my folders are empty even checked my trash can but I am not able to receive any private messages....
0% used.
Is anyone else getting the same issue? 😖

What do you mean you can't receive private messages? What error are you getting?

Check if your trash can is emptied also.

Well yea that's the problem... as said trash cash is empty af.
Im only getting emails saying my private message quota is filled. However I can not delete any PM's since I have none lol.

Have you deleted your "Sent Private Messages" aswell?

Check if every folder is indeed empty, just to be sure. If the problem persists it's something that the admins will have to look at.

I have checked every single folder even the sent messages and the trashcan itself.
I just wanna use the PM system....
If an admin reads this feel free to flush my PMs

Maybe you should contact Vitani, he afterall replied to your thread letting you know they would look into it if the problem continues to happen.

Wonder if this could be a wider Mybb bug. Very strange that you can't receive any PMs when you've completely cleared all folders.
If PMs are important, just upgrade your account here.

That should work. Your PM folder does show 50 but I don't really see them in the database. Could be a glitch.
Try to delete them all. It should do a folder recount.
