Says my folders are empty even checked my trash can but I am not able to receive any private messages....

0% used.

Is anyone else getting the same issue? 😖

Well yea that's the problem... as said trash cash is empty af.
Im only getting emails saying my private message quota is filled. However I can not delete any PM's since I have none lol.

Have you deleted your "Sent Private Messages" aswell?

Check if every folder is indeed empty, just to be sure. If the problem persists it's something that the admins will have to look at.

Wonder if this could be a wider Mybb bug. Very strange that you can't receive any PMs when you've completely cleared all folders.

If PMs are important, just upgrade your account here.

That should work. Your PM folder does show 50 but I don't really see them in the database. Could be a glitch.

Try to delete them all. It should do a folder recount.
