Help decoding/decrypting network protocols in game application - tippythop - Dec 6, 2018 I have an old game that use to use directplay network for connections to a server. Was wondering if someone could decypher anything from the game client? I've had no help at all anywhere. I wish I had the source code but I dont. I've searched everywhere in IDA Pro and found an ip it use to connect to and a CLSID that directplay uses to identify but that's it. The app makes 2 outgoing network packets looking for a server in which they contain an Enum Query containing the application guid of the client. filedropper.com/casino083d |
