I'm not American but a federal legalization would mean that marijuana is legalized through out the entire country, no matter what states think right?
Seems like a cool politician, will research her further.

Yes a legalization always brings a decriminalization. I'd like to see this Kamala Harris as your next president, seems like an intelligent woman who hasn't had everything fed to her with a silver spoon through life.

This is very good idea. It's scarry and a non-sense to destroy people life for one marijuana gram. You will spend on closing it on jail and on court huge amounts, for food, jail, and will relapse.
