Yes a legalization always brings a decriminalization. I'd like to see this Kamala Harris as your next president, seems like an intelligent woman who hasn't had everything fed to her with a silver spoon through life.

Well she slept with another councilman from her state and he even public said they had a brief 'affair'i don't know if this pay to play but.. at this point I don't care who the president is.
This is very good idea. It's scarry and a non-sense to destroy people life for one marijuana gram. You will spend on closing it on jail and on court huge amounts, for food, jail, and will relapse.
