I was wondering, over the years I've had a steady income for money on the side. These methods are illegal/blackhat. Are these allowed to be sold?

One of my ways is not fraud. One of them is extortion which I don't know is considered fraudulent.

No, I would suggest steering away from this type of activity before someone up high wants your autograph. Though you make your own decisions and I cannot tell you what to do but remember you will eventually lay in the bed you make.

As I remember when I have read the rules, there was something like "Any kind of blackhat activity is forbidden on HackForums." , so I guess it is forbidden as well to sell blackhat methods.
