I was wondering, over the years I've had a steady income for money on the side. These methods are illegal/blackhat. Are these allowed to be sold?

As I remember when I have read the rules, there was something like "Any kind of blackhat activity is forbidden on HackForums." , so I guess it is forbidden as well to sell blackhat methods.

Depends on the method. Considering you mentioned extortion, then no, don't sell it here.
