Very clean, good color scheme and not cluttered. The background is a little too black tho, maybe try out a grey one.

Your website isn't ugly, but it isn't beautiful, to be completely honest. I'm also not a fan of the extremely dark background, or of dark themes in general. Beyond my personal opinions, I don't like your metric of the proxy speed. Sure, I see why you're using batteries to represent the speed, but it really doesn't even make sense. I would use actual numbers or an icon related to speed, not an icon of something entirely unrelated to speed.

I agree with the icon. Try using something like speedtest.net
Use a speedometer.

Just cause your not a fan of dark backgrounds shouldn't weigh your feedback in a "constructive" critism post.

The page design is quite decent. There are only a few things i would optimize:
1. The icon needs to be replaced, it is not related to speed so use a progress bar or something like that.
2. The Background color should be something on a gray scale to fit in with your head (Black/White is hard to read)
3. There is somehow a heading missing, something which shows the User where he is and what he sees :)
