It takes like 20 minutes if you've already done it multiple times. However, it sounds more like you don't know what you're doing and just want to use Arch for whatever reason. There are some installers, but they can lead to issues down the road. There's also Manjaro which is loosely based off of Arch.

Just run a script to set it up. This is an option:

The main purpose is gone if you're just going to automate the install. Arch is this way for a reason, why not just grab Manjaro or something based on Arch if you're anyways going to ruin the fun of settings up the system on your own ?

So, Arch Anywhere use to be good for an OOTB installation. The only good variant that I'm aware of now is http://archbang.org/ but I've never used it myself. Probably worth going through this list: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Arch-based_distributions to see if you can find one.

Arch Anywhere just rebranded itself to Anarchy.

Just? Anarchy has been around for years.

ArchAnywhere was still a thing up until like maybe a year ago. So unless you're talking about something different than I am?

I see this but if you go to the ArchAnywhere page it links to it as well.
Which is weird, because the Anarchy installer has been around for a long time. I remember a friend using it like 5 years ago.

I used Archbang a few years ago before eventually using Arch, I thought the project closed down. It was good and simple to use. I stopped caring about customisation years ago though which is what really drove me to use Arch, while I still used it. For the last few years it's been Debian testing with a full DE for clients, Debian stable for headless servers.

When you perfect a minimal system from the ground that doesn't have any packages preinstalled and harden it, it is very satisfying. It soon loses it's novalty though. I like being able to replicate systems and have my scripts work on any of them. I know that if my server is running debian, my install script will handle everything. If I were using a mix of Linux/BSD systems it would only make life more difficult.
