H61, because the H55 uses LGA1156, while your CPU and the H61 board uses LGA1155.

Why?
If you're staying with your i5-3330, then there's no reason to get a better motherboard for it, because you can't overclock it.

Nothing on LGA1155 for sure.
I'd recommend either:
a) Ryzen 5 2600, MSI B450 Tomahawk and 8-16GB of DDR4 if you need it now.
b) Wait for Ryzen 3000, it's only a few months away.

I included some 650w, but 650w would be pretty overkill for your system, even if you get a Ryzen.
