Which one i should choose and why?

i5 3330
8gb DDR3 , 4gb DDR3 (Total: 12gb DDR3)
GTX 1050ti
600w ATX PSU
128gb SSD
H61, because the H55 uses LGA1156, while your CPU and the H61 board uses LGA1155.

Why?
If you're staying with your i5-3330, then there's no reason to get a better motherboard for it, because you can't overclock it.

Nothing on LGA1155 for sure.
I'd recommend either:
a) Ryzen 5 2600, MSI B450 Tomahawk and 8-16GB of DDR4 if you need it now.
b) Wait for Ryzen 3000, it's only a few months away.
